Our Aurora classic Ranch series features great floor plan designs, and this new plan is sure to be a good one! 2148 square feet this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch has room for everyone! A recessed entry way leads you into a nice formal foyer that has a beautiful archway leading you into the large Great Room. The floor plan has an open feel to it, but each room is well defined. The Kitchen is very spacious and offers great cabinet storage, great countertop space, and a fantastic center island! A Nook is off the kitchen that is a great space for family dining. This home has great storage space; a large walk-in pantry is off the kitchen as well as a larger walk-in broom closet.
